Please try the following solutions to allow for proper downloading. Some download issues may be caused by IP randomization, a common security practice performed by proxy servers. If a proxy server changes IP addresses randomly for security reasons, this will prevent a download connection from being maintained and the download will not commence.
If you are still having difficulties downloading, see if your workplace has a dedicated machine with open access to the internet that bypasses the proxy server. One option is to create a new folder in piping for the Standard you just downloaded, then move your downloaded and extracted files there. Another is to move the extracted files into the existing subfolders in piping. If I don't want my flanges separated by Standard, I can just cut and paste the part files in the ISO Piping Copper Alloy Flanges folder into the flanges folder that already exists in my Routing library folder.
