Organizing Feedback Requests. You can print your survey to a PDF file or export it to a Microsoft Word file from the survey editor. The PDF print will look slightly closer to the online version, while the Word version will generally not carry over the formatting or look and feel of the survey.
However, the PDF print will generally not show any skip logic, display logic, or branch logic; but the Word export of the survey can optionally be made to include branch logic, skip logic, or display logic conditions. Note that if you are using Google Chrome as your browser, you will most likely have more options for printing to PDF, including the ability to keep background colors and images.
Warning: Very wide questions such as matrix tables or side-by-side questions will often be "cut off" when you print your survey to PDF. If you are printing to PDF from Google Chrome, you can sometimes correct this by changing the scaling, but this will also shrink the size of the text. Be sure to check the results of your printed PDF. The above steps will export a blank copy of your survey to a file. However, after you have collected survey data, you may want to be able to view an individual respondent's answers to the survey, as if you were viewing a copy of their completed survey form.
If you have already paused data collection, Qualtrics will have given you the option to record all open responses or leave them open.
The survey on the right above still has three responses in progress. Click on the link to see them. If you click on the Survey session ID, you can see all the responses given thus far. You will have to decide whether to delete or record partial responses. Everywhere in between just depends on your survey and research design. Once you have recorded all the partial responses you want, go back to the Recorded Responses page. You can export data in various formats.

Find the response you want to view, and click the dropdown to the far-right of it under Actions. Choose View Response. View the response summary. Click Close to return to your recorded responses. Select Import Data. Click Browse and select the file you wish to upload. If desired, adjust your Delimiter. Click Upload. A dropdown will appear, choose " Export Data ". Select Qualtrics Library. Select Survey Library. Select a category of content. Select a survey to take content from.
Select the question s you'd like to import. Click Import Question s. To download the questionnaire directly to your computer, right click on the link in related files underneath and select: 'Save Target As ' 5. If you have any comments or queries on a questionnaire , email these to the data analyst at the email address included on the questionnaire page. To export all survey results: Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey.
