I have to press refresh a few times usually to make sure it picks it up. The points system actually seems kinda fair. Edit: Kudos. Not only that but they made a huge improvement in a recent update where it starts the next day at 3am, which is more sensible and accommodating IMO. Please send us an email at reivews getquip. I really like that the smart brush tracks how you actually brush your teeth.
Unfortunately, in the 6 months that I have had this new app and motor, I have struggled getting them to sync.
The first week or so, there were no problems and everything seemed great. Now, I can no longer get them to sync. To no avail. I have also noticed that the battery does not last with this new smart motor. I am paying for the automatic refills, which include the battery, and have noticed that the battery is dying about 2 weeks before the refill is due to ship.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I love the brush, the review is for the smart motor and app. This review was posted about a week after my last refill arrived.

Quit passes benefits and we continue to use Quip as a tool. It makes things a lot easier than working in Google and having to open multiple types of files and documents. You can use it on the web you can use a clients on your computer on Mac and you can use it on an iPhone or tablet. However, Quip does have a lot of quirks and limitations that you need to work around them through.
Sharing files with people outside of your organization is not possible. Documents or files that you create within quip are absolutely not ready for sharing with people outside your organization because of issues like formatting. The only question is how does quip achieve all of this without becoming big in burdensome such as Evernote.
I recommend it to pretty much everyone. However, I think the mobile app needs a little bit more functionality to compare to the desktop app. I think once the interactions with Live Apps have improved, this will be a 5-star app for sure.
